When Abe chants to cast a golden orb, the Bird Portal will open to allow all nearby Mudokons to escape to safety.Īs for the endings themselves, your Quarma (“karma”) score is considered. With that in mind, you’ll need to look out for Bird Portals (objects which have a bright pink glow). You can give them items, tell them to wait in an area (to ambush or attack mobs), or get them to follow you around as you’re just traversing the same area. In other levels, though, Abe will have a chance to interact with them and have them as followers. All you need to do is handle the hostiles to ensure that many of them survive. In some stages, you’ll follow a scripted sequence where hundreds of Mudokons are attempting to escape. While you’re doing this, you could also encounter several Mudokons that need to be rescued by Abe.
